I’m a huge fan of using SaaS products whenever possible because I don’t want to be in the software development business,” says Ben. “I want to focus on our business and what we do best. Paying another company to handle all the intricacies of maintaining software is worth every penny because I don’t have to deal with any of the headaches that come with keeping the software updated and maintained.
